Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States.
Standard shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Box addresses.

Express Shipping — Next Business Day (Overnight)
- Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (not including holidays) will arrive the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
- Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days. [Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes).

Carriers that may be used are:
    •U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
    •United Parcel Service (UPS)
    •FedEx
FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

We only ship within the U.S. and Canada at this time

Orders generally take one business day to process. Your credit card is charged at time of shipment. All orders are charged in U.S. dollars. Conversion rates may vary depending upon your bank and Credit Card Company. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding conversion rates and fees.

Once processed, typical arrival time for orders shipped to Canada depend upon how close the destination is to the shipping center and can be broken down as follows:

      •Ontario,  Quebec: 2-4 business days.
      •Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northern Ontario: 4-8 business days.
      •Newfoundland, Alberta, British Col., Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon Territory: 5-10 bus. days.  

As customs clearance times may vary, some orders may take up to 14 business days.

Transit times are estimated.  We are not responsible for delays by customs.
