are some of the ways you or someone you know experience the labels

2. Watch the fall 2008 Beyond
Labelz Video Workshop. For you, what does it
mean to excel beyond the labels and stereotypes in your own
life?
3. Watch The
Task short film. How does the film relate
to your own circumstances or to someone you know? What
would you do if you or someone you know were in the same
situation as Sam?
4. Read the memoir Validation
Denied, Grace Bestowed and
journal your experience of the book.
5. No one around to talk to? Journal
your thoughts, ideas or experiences. Hey, you never
know - you just might...
- figure out how to resolve an issue
- come up with a money-making idea
- write a poem or song, or the beginning chapter of your
new book
- come up with a cool math, science or IT idea
- realize a bad habit (and finally do something about it)
- just needed to ventilate!
